I bought a laptop on Trademe, paid via Ping, it was not as advertised and the seller refunded me, again via Ping. I've seen screenshots from them showing the refund successful screen. But there's no refund in my ping balance. I opened a dispute thing via trademe, and got an automated mail back from Trademe saying "We will ask the seller to resolve this" except that the seller has already refunded. The problem is my refund has not been processed by Trademe/Ping. There doesn't seem to be any way to reach an actual human at Trademe to sort this out. Any advice on what to do at this point? Lega...
