Thank you. I understand that, but the system is completely frozen and I have no option to even attempt to import items as the progress bar is just frozen in place. I have 1220 listings. I have managed to import quite a lot and it was all going well, there was the odd thing that didn't but I could work with that. Then it just stopped altogether. Really, I'm just going to find a work around and complain in my head a lot.
I've been trying to come to grips with the My Products tool after the desktop option no longer works for me. Most of my listings have transferred over, but last night the system just froze and now I'm stuck with the Please Wait while we import your products bar. It's been 10 hours now and it was only a handful of items. We seem to be being forced to use this tool, so it would be nice if it worked.
