I brought an item from a seller, (who I’m not sure is even in New Zealand), which ended up being faulty. I contacted them in regards to the issues and they are contacting their supplier about what to do. I’ve asked for a refund from them, and they have come back with saying they will only give me a 50% refund and I can keep the item. I don’t want to keep the item, would prefer to send it back to them as I have nowhere to put it, as it’s rather large and heavy. Communication with the seller is rather slow as well.
