The won pages are frozen - I can’t do anything at all!

Last three days I have not received notification of last three auctions I have won. Nor am I receiving confirmation emails. Can’t email seller… Only notification’s are new saved listings. Sellers will think I’m reneging :/ PLEASE HELP!
