Hi, please could someone help me find a solution. I won an item which has arrived with a massive scratch on it which was under the packaging, so may have been damaged before it was posted. The seller has been very unhelpful and only replied to my requests for contact when I said I would contact TradeMe. He is now asking I send the item back to him but it is quite large and will cost a lot. I can’t work out if it is the seller who should pay for this and if so how to get him to pay the cost. Alternatively does anyone know how to cheaply courier something thin that is A3 size?? Any help much ...
