For whatever reason tautoko won't connect, no matter what I try. Does anyone know how to contact trademe for account help without the bot? I just instantly get the bot offline message over and over again and have every time I've tried over the last few hours.

I went to look up how to delete my account but when I navigated to the page it came up with a 404 page. The chat bot is also down so I can't ask it. Does anyone have the information on how to delete your account?   Since it seemed to be missed the tautoko bot is offline, I can't connect to it for whatever reason.
