Callum thank you, just how does the seller get the payment back (and from where?) if they don't have a ping a/c? Where are the instructions to follow? Thanks :)
Purchased a lovely cabinet on trademe and the seller had included ping as payment option. So I paid that way, then received an email from trader saying she had never had a ping a/c. Just a genuine mistake, but the amount is on hold waiting for authorisation in my bank a/c. How do I retrieve it so I can pay her by other means?
