Hi Callum. the question is was the item actually damaged during shipping? It would have been delivered 14 days ago. Anything could have happened to it between now and then. It's not as if the buyer said please send it in two weeks because I'm going on holiday and we sent it anyway. How long after a package is delivered should the sender have to be responsible for?
Today (13 March) my partner has been contacted by the buyer of an Item with a photo showing the item is broken. She described how she would package the item and the buyer was happy with that. The item was sent by courier on the 26th of February. The buyer says they have just got back from holiday and have only opened the package today, so its's possibly been sitting on the doorstep for 2 weeks or been (mis)handled by a housemate or neighbour. $120 value Not sure how to proceed with this, any advice?
