I have more than 600 positive feedbacks and only 1x negative feedback from almost 20 years ago.  The buyer bought a small $13 item from me (a fish tank ornament), and then suddenly placed negative feedback saying that it was old discolored which I would have never expected. I tried to resolve the issue with him but he was more interested in making insulting and racist remarks in this email. Clearly he was just more interested in provoking a fight. This trader hasn't used Trademe since 2011 so he's clearly been inactive. Would Trademe consider removing this negative feedback? I can't find a ...

Hi all, Why is it that sometimes when you look at a member's feedback as buyer you can see the listing number and what they bought, but other times there is no listing number so you can't see what they bought? I prefer to keep what I buy private, but every feedback I've got as a buyer as the listing number. I can't seem to find an option to turn this on/off? Many thanks
