After going through endless loops on the site I am no further ahead with getting a refund. The chat bot sends you on a circular chase through all the paths you’ve already tried which all lead to ‘oops this page is not available’. Email contact has the same effect, page not available. Trying on a desktop instead of a iPad, and you get no option for a refund. The site is completely useless for help, but very good at taking your money.
