Access to success fee refunds
AnsweredAfter going through endless loops on the site I am no further ahead with getting a refund. The chat bot sends you on a circular chase through all the paths you’ve already tried which all lead to ‘oops this page is not available’. Email contact has the same effect, page not available. Trying on a desktop instead of a iPad, and you get no option for a refund. The site is completely useless for help, but very good at taking your money.

Hello Bill. If your sale had a reference number starting with KP you may need to contact Trade Me directly to initiate the refund. You can do that at the Live Chat portal and typing "talk to a person"
Otherwise, and assuming your trade ended less than 45 days ago, you can initiate the fee refund yourself directly from the closed auction page.
