I have a big problem. One of my buyers is like a black hole - information goes in but does not come out. He has bought 25 items and is not responding to communication going back nearly 4 weeks. I have sent several messages to Trade Me seeking help but none is forthcoming - so Trade Me is now becoming part of the problem too not wanting to get involved. I feel completely unsupported and on my own. Worse, my buyer was on my blacklist for not paying but has reinvented himself under a new user name with a false name and is continuing to buy, but not pay. What am I supposed to do with 25 items g...
