Thank you so much for your useful and timely advice. :) I hit the refund of your success fee only 2 days after the trade, and it immediately came back with a message to say it had been refunded. Fantastic!!! I'm now able to relist (well at least I will once I triple-check the boot size!)
I put the wrong shoe-size on an auction, but someone bought the boots that day (buy now) before I could change it. I've contacted the buyer and they do not want that size. How do I cancel the transaction? I want to be able to relist the item correctly.
