we'd use it - anything that engages customers is good in our eyes!

hi anne, that sounds frustrating. i'm using tradevine, and the question feature is still working well over there, i can pull up the questions page and answer them all without having to go to individual listings, much faster. if i'm on trademe on my computer, i will usually sort listings for sale by unanswered questions, that is the other way you could try. good luck!  

hi, this is happening to me today too with tradevine, edit a product or listing and it spits me out instead of saving, have to log back in and try again. beyond a joke now.
