Thanks Gary - that's exactly the article I read and I'm still confused. My listing hasn't closed yet but the offer expired. That article says you can make a counter-offer even when the offer has expired and I can't see how to do it.
I received an offer from a buyer but I didn't see it before it expired. According to the TM help page, you can make a counter offer even on an expired listing. Does anyone know how to do this? I can't see an option on the app or desktop. Thanks
