My products are all active but when I search the TM name, ie: insideoutstore, nothing comes up? When I search an individual product i'm selling by the product name the listing comes up? Most of our customers search by our store name not product so its creating a bit of a problem. Any help appreciated.

Thanks Gary-NZStocked, yes all of our std auctions are Buy Now but I need to change them all over to PRODUCTS as I understand it to be able to export/import via csv, this can only be done in products, not std listings?

I'm trying to change my listings all into products, a few imported over no problem but the majority all failed with Errors - Provide valid shipping option. I have read the guide & can't figure out what I am doing wrong? We have set price shipping costs as stated in each of the listings. If anyone has advice I would greatly appreciate it.
