Products active but not showing when searching TM

My products are all active but when I search the TM name, ie: insideoutstore, nothing comes up? When I search an individual product i'm selling by the product name the listing comes up? Most of our customers search by our store name not product so its creating a bit of a problem. Any help appreciated.

Gary-NZStocked Community SuperuserJuliette, make sure to include your membername in some or all of your titles. eg MUK MAT PULL OUT STEP MAT - Insideoutstore , that way if people search for your membername in general search rather than in membernames or without putting your name in " " which makes it search in descriptions as well as titles, they will find you and be able to click on Sellers other listings.

Thanks Gary, may try this but this has just happened in last few days so not sure if something at TM has changed or ?

TM changed several years ago so searches only search within titles unless you put " " around the search term, in which case it searches titles as well as within the description. There is also a Members search on the dropdown category selector, but only on the std site, not the newer site.
I would also recommend you put your membername inside your descriptions, maybe with a common footer with a brief intro or something eg
