Hello, I bought an item from trade me on the weekend, and the seller had the following shipping options: Auckland 2 - 3 days, standard North Island 3 - 5 days, standard South Island 5 - 8 days, economy I selected north island shipping as i live up North and paid my money. Yesterday (after I enquired about the delivery) they came back to me asking for an extra $40 as I live rural. I haven't paid it as I feel it should be specified in the shipping options if rural deliveries are at extra cost or not available, instead of trying to charge extra money after the full payment has been done.
