Hi guys, I have a buyer who brought an auction and the item was sent to them after payment... they emailed a few days later to say the item was faulty and they wanted a refund, i requested the item back and organised the return shipping, on inspection then arrived back we did not find the item to be faulty they had just not in fact charged it properly. they still want a refund; My question is do I have to refund the buyer their shipping if the item isn't faulty? (which means I'm out of pocket 2 lots of shipping?
I have lost access to the desktop site when I get hold of trade me they say they don't care and nothing they can do and keep trying to force me to use the new site which is hopeless for sellers and so annoying to use.. my sold list doesn't even make sense I go to sold and something i sold today (16/10) is half way down the page between stuff i sold last Friday???? I did a survey on people i knew and other traders and out of 20 people 18 of them still had access to the old desktop site how is this fair??? defiantly forcing us to make the change so they get more $$ in fees
