I won an auction that was listed as free post nationwide. The seller wants me to pay $8 for post. I pointed out the free post on her auction & she said Oops, but I can’t afford petrol to post item just for you. I queried the $8 charge & she admitted that actual post cost is $5-7 and the rest is covering her petrol. Is this allowed?
