I mistakenly did not tick the correct option for combined shipping when purchasing two items from the same seller using ping, hence paid shipping at full price x two.  Is there an extra fee to the seller as they did not want to refund the extra charge and advised was not there to fix my mistake, but did offer free shipping on my next order if I planned to do so in the future.  Fair enough if they are out of pocket but seems unfair.
