I booked Aramex for my Auction: https://www.trademe.co.nz/MyTradeMe/PurchaseSummary.aspx?asid=229525775&isBuyer=False They have not picked up the parcel. So the Trader who won the auction rang them. Aramex told him that I am required to ring Aramex to organise PickUp! So it seems that we not only need to book Aramex on TradeMe - but we MUST also phone them to organise pick-up!!!
