I have just got a new phone and when I went to sign in to TradeMe I could not remember my password so reset it. An email was sent with the reset link which I did but when I tried to log in a message came up saying to enter the authentication code that was emailed to me, no email with the code ever arrived so I cannot proceed or log in. I signed in on my pc (where I am sending this from) and used the new password word to sign in with no troubles and was not asked for an authentication code but my phone is stuck waiting for the code to be emailed so I can go nowhere.
