Thanks for the idea S, no luck unfortunately. I was using the desktop site on a laptop, but I did try that through chrome on my mobile and then into the desktop site. It only shows my current listings, both the sold and unsold show nothing at all, so I can't test that theory! :)

In terms of offering, I'm aware on the new system that you can't see who you're offering to, which is annoying in itself given that I used to not offer to people with bad feedback or who were serial watchers. In this instance I am talking about offering an item that sold but has not been completed. In the old system, which I can still see through my In Trade account, there is a section with options if the sale falls through including making an offer to other watchers/bidders. I have agreed to not complete a sale with a member as she realised she already had the book in question, but is buying others from me instead. However, there no longer seems to be an option to offer it to the other bidders/watchers, or even see who else bid on the item. Is this another lost feature in the new system? Is my only option to relist? The buyer was also struggled to bid on all the auctions they wanted to as when relisting multiple items, the new system has them all closing at the same time rather than staggering them like they did in the past (like 1 minute intervals from memory)...
Hi Michelle, I was notified of this yesterday but still no favourites e-mails are being received to date. I also didn't mark or report any of your e-mails as spam in the first instance.
I'm having the same issue, all the favourites / saved search e-mails just came to a stop around September 2nd. They're not going in junk/spam. All other e-mails relating to my listings come through fine.
