'Hi there, at the moment it is only possible to withdraw your full Ping balance to your bank account - the good news is we do have plans to change this, so keep an eye out! You can top up your Trade Me account using your Ping balance before withdrawing, but if you wanted to use Ping balance to pay for purchases, then you would need to top up at the time.' Ok, that was 2 years ago. Again I am wanting to transfer the bulk of my Ping balance to my bank account and again I do not see a way to do this. I want to make a partial transfer. Urgently.
Hi Callum. I have only just seen your comment from yesterday, (re. the 'Your Ping balance is different to your Trade Me account balance'. Thanks, and I get this now. I've sorted it thanks, I transferred from my Ping account to my Trademe account and as i've mentioned above, all sorted now. Cheers.
Hi there Michelle. Thank you for this. Good news, i've managed to get my fourth listing, the one I was wanting to find the photos for, up posted, job done. Well almost done. I didn't find all the photos I wanted, but I will have a look in the future... the main thing is getting the ad up. Just one listing to go and i'm done. Thank you everyone.
Helow. I am currently endeavouring to start a re-listing of an expired listing not currently on My Products. Well I entered as much information as I had to hand. With the intention of adding some photos at a later time. Anyhow, I got to the save button at the bottom and clicked on it. Surprise surprise, up popped this message in red at the top. It read: The most recent attempt to list this product failed: Insufficient balance The cost of my listing was $3.95 if I remember rightly. Well my Ping balance shows $66.00 and something. Do I have to click 'Pay with Ping somewhere in the process?...
Yes, thank you L for bringing me back to earth. Yes I got a bit wild (not angry, but frustrated, yes). in my statements and accusations. I really am without ideas and understandings re. contacting Trademe BUT, I do realise and appreciate I am on the Trademe community forum and therefore I do apologise to anyone and everyone who has witnessed and endured my 'waffelings' over the past four years and especially now or recently. I am sorry. And I apologise in advance for my next and latest waffeling below.
Hi Callum. I know exactly what you are saying, but the product is/are water lily plants and their ponds which this particular ad is for. The plants don't begin to flower seriously for another month or two so there's the problem with re - doing the advert from scratch but. As I've said earlier today, I am resigned to having to go back through my 26,000 photos to find the ones that will suit. At least I have the wording at hand...Cheers P.S. And yes, it's my own fault for a) being so lackadaisical in my lap top photo organising and b) not knowing a) the existence of Trademe's My Products 'th...
Yeah, I was trying to simply continue the email conversation I was having with you guys back in the last summer. Then someone, maybe you, told me to click on the blue 'blob' bottom right hand corner so I did and it said someone would be in touch via email which you have obviously, and I thank you for that. But this email thing is now a side issue. One of you, his name is Stephen, kindly sent me all the wording for my recently closed '(expired)' ( past the 45day thing), 5 listings from the previous Summer, which is great, I can easily copy and paste those.. But he also sent me all , each an...
Hi there, Gary- NZStocked. Firstly, apologies for my late reply. This whole episode had been a bothersome experience. To be frank, I just gave up in the end... I seemed to be going round and round in circles, and there's only just so much time one wants to spend on a computer...well, for me anyway. I cannot say that the direction I was going in was the right one... A kind and straight-talking Trade Me help person helped me after I opted to 'revive' (relist) my two listings and carry on as before. Not my initial aim in all this, but I have adjusted and am carrying on ok. Thank you.
This is a freaking nightmare. I will stick it out, though. I have to. Am hoping to have both listings deactivated by Christmas (laughing emoji). If I can't, then I will go to plan B, and that is: list both listings under basic and 'refresh' listing every 40 days or so...for the following 9 months or so.
Ok. Thank you for this. One question, though. I now see the term 'withdraw' coming up. We're talking computers here...if I 'click the withdraw button' is that different or the same to clicking the deactivate button somewhere? Have gone to the listing in the status column and have clicked on the deactivate button...still the 'Products requiring attention' message comes up. There was no withdraw button as far as I could see. Why was it so simple to deactivate the first, $18.00 listing but not this $50.00 one? Confused and angry emoji. Hey, have gone back to the Product page and have seen thi...
