Hi all, this surely has been covered but I couldn’t find any posts on this. Buyer purchased with buy now and paid with ping. Asked for shipping costs, which I provided. Three days later followed up and asked about shipping cost payment. Reply was “sorry, impulse buy, don’t really need it, can I have my money back”. Not sure how to deal with this. Thank you
