Yes it is a car … my point is if you request a professional inspection is done … how can you guarantee that the seller will not sell the car to another while this process is taking place that I have paid money for …
If you are looking to buy a car say in Auckland and you live in the South Island… how do you stop the seller from selling to someone else while get a check done on the car and then organise flights to go up and test drive etc … Any thoughts on how to safely “hold” a sale ? Yours Tim
