I've recently had a few non payers. I make a point of sending emails, then after a month has gone by I register a complaint with TradeMe so I know they get my phone number. Once TradeMe has refunded my fees I leave negative feedback. Today I received negative feedback from a 'buyer' (and I use the term very loosely) who won 5 auctions over the space of a month then, after promising to arrange collection disappeared.
