Hi folks, (i am the buyer) [I do appreciate that the Xmas period always has foreseeable impracticability but this is not an excuse for poor services] Looking for some advice on how to proceed with this trade im having trouble with - *21Dec paid for computer as soon as auction concluded and used AfterPay (i have already made 1st payment towards that debt). In same time as auction ending, ive email the seller as common courtesy......*Had nil contact from seller what so ever???.......*after 7 days waiting i emailed seller with austerity & received a reply from seller that very same day with ex...

just wondering, how do i go about refunding a payment recieved for a trade (that then falls thru) that has been made thru ping? example: lets say, the buyer won the auction, paid by ping straight away, then when moving forward a day or so, the trade cant really progress due to impossibles.....seller has no contact from the buyer when requesting bank account details to repay refund..... how to refund someone when this occurs?
