Are there more shipping options planned for listings within the redesign?   I would strongly prefer to give the customer the choice of Economy or Courier for their parcels. Within the Specify Shipping Costs you can't do that now, and there seems to be no way to offer Combined Shipping.   The simplified drop-down menus are a step back.
