I use the trademe book a courier estimates from Auckland in my auctions. In the past month I have had a buyer from Murapara and another from Taumaranui pay the Auckland rate instead of Out of Auckland North Island and Rural. They do this before I find out there delivery address. It is a hassle to get them to pay more so I am looking at adding more shipping details in the actual auction now or maybe I will alter my success notification wording.
