Thanks S,The info at Submit a request takes me to info about where to find the Success Fee Refund (gives example screenshot etc)...but in reality, the success fee refund form isn't there. It's just information, but I can't find a live link to the form anywhere. Frustrating!

Hi all, I've sold an item on Trade Me, the buyer initially made contact but has now ghosted. She hasn't paid for the item. I'd just like to get my sales fee refunded from Trade Me. But - due to their updating the website, I guess - I can't find any way to do that! The help desk info says there is a sales fee refund link on the Sold webpage for the item...but in real life, there's not. Or, if there is, I can't locate it. Please help?
