My most recent feedback directly violates Trade Me's policy stating that feedback must be factual and they refuse to remove the feedback left.The buyer's claim that the item arrived 'burnt' is entirely false & not possible as it was NEW. This situation amounts to fraudulent claim behaviour (essentially online retail abuse/scamming which they have history of VISIBLE IN THEIR FEEDBACK.
