Is there a fault on the site as I am unable to book a courier as it states my postcode is incorrect, which it is not and has worked successfully forever?
Aramex picked up a parcel did not scan it and it took over a week to arrive, after complaining Next time I stupidly used them they did not turn up after constant calls to be told they would send him out (It is a him as he drove by but never stopped by) I ended up, after a week, taking all the parcels to Aramex, they did not care about my complaint, so now I have had to put my postage charges up so I can only use NZPost
