Hi there, so this message has popped up every time I try and access my account as well as answering questions. I've tried logging out and logging back in but it only seems to be on this one device. I've tried contacting the live chat and they sent me an email address to send my query too but I'm honestly at a loss for what to do. Any suggestions?
