Hi Callum, Yes I can prove to you, I have checked everything and I didn’t receive any email from TradeMe for Ping payment nor that I have sold the listing only notification from TradeMe app showing that I have sold the listing but have not received the Ping payment. It’s very odd this never happened usually the Ping is instantly received. Can you please help us? The buyer showed and proved with all her screenshots to me that she already paid with Ping
Hi, I have just sold a listing and buyer made a Ping Payment and have already arranged for pickup at my address however there has been an obvious delay, I as a buyer did not receive any email from TradeMe about the sold item and have not yet received the Ping Payment from seller but the Seller has and had shown me her Ping and bank account was already deducted on her end but not on my end as the receiver.
