Greetings, been a while sine I posted but a problem has cropped up recently, two auctions won by same buyer, items paid for to my bank account, so far so good. Two ping alerts for payment of the same items have now shown up in my account, all details correct. I do not use Ping. Cannot get hold of the buyer, ignoring my emails. Any ideas on what to do next? regards Carol
