just a question , what happens if I need to refund a buyer who bought several items but wants a refund for shipping and there is no money in my ping account?
I get a suspicion that my fixed price offers from my product list are not sending out. I had several people who put it on their watchlist when it expired yesterday but today it has been relisted. I also did not get a notification email that my fixed price offer had expired. I have double checked that it is done correctly on my product lists, and I noticed that there are indeed only 2 items showing as FP, and I remember that I had done those manually, as I had not planned to relist those
every now and then I can't delete a product, as apparently it contains HTML tags. I don't even know what a HTML tags are and am sure that I didn't do anything different, than with items that I otherwise have on My Products. Can anyone shed light for me on this please?
