Hi Everyone How can I migrate all the products previously uploaded through Tradevine to Omnivore? Thanks

We have more than 10,000 products to be uploaded, but the manual speed is very slow. Is there a faster way to upload the product to Trade ME store by Tradevine? I found that Tradevine can IMPORT PRODUCTS via CSV or TAB, but I don't understand his way of operating. It feels very complicated. Can anyone help explain it? Thank you so much
