Sold an item recently, buyer was not happy and has out of spite proceeded to click "buy now" on 2 other listings I had listed. He/she has then left bad feedback on those as well. I have applied for a success fee refund for both the listings, one was automatically approved, but the other one was put out to the buyer to ask if they wanted to continue with the purchase, to which they affirmed. What am I supposed to do? The AI chatbot was not helpful.
