Hi team, still no news from the seller. No email, no refund. I even tried to ask a question on an auction, ignored. Left negative feedback, also ignored.What do I need to do from here to get a refund from Ping?

Paid via Ping and then bank transfer by not thinking. I have sent the seller my bank account details but no email in reply, nor refund. What can I do?
