Hi there, I have sold an item and have sent it and the buyer did not pick up the parcel and it got returned to me and I do not have any of the buyers contacts as it has been more than 45 days. How do I get their contact so that I can either refund them, or try to send it again? And if I can't contact them do i just keep the money and the item?
