I won an auction last mth & paid by Ping. Three days later Seller emails me & says auction is cancelled & contact TM for a refund. (He wasnt happy I won a greenstone ring with 1 bid!). Ive messaged TM twice & have had no response. How long does it take to get a refund/response from TM??
