I’ve used buy now to purchase an item for $1000, the seller had lowered the buy now price from $1600 a few hours before the auction ended, now is trying to back out of the sale, saying they only meant to lower it to $1400. Essentially trying to renegotiate after the sale. What do I do? Is the sale binding?
