As the title suggested. I want to sell an item with a fixed price. I noticed that even in the same category, the listing seems has two different format. One accept "Make an offer", allows you to calculate shipping cost, and messaging after the item is sold. Another provides none of these options.  I know the 1st one has features from newer designed website. Once the item is listed, there is no way to switch to the newer style. Even relist the item won't help. Is there a way to permanently use the newer design?
