    I have looked through the options on the email trade me sent saying a dispute officer was looking into the dispute a buyer has lodged and to 'contact us here' but there is no option to remedy the situation or send through what steps I have taken to remedy the situation. The buyer has transported incorrectly and damaged the goods and I have emails of trying to resolve and offering a refund if the good were returned in the same working condition, which they thoroughly check for 40 mins before taking away but no way on contacting TM to show.  How can a disputes officer review without contactin...
