How do you contact TradeMe as a seller who has had a dispute lodged against them
AnsweredI have looked through the options on the email trade me sent saying a dispute officer was looking into the dispute a buyer has lodged and to 'contact us here' but there is no option to remedy the situation or send through what steps I have taken to remedy the situation. The buyer has transported incorrectly and damaged the goods and I have emails of trying to resolve and offering a refund if the good were returned in the same working condition, which they thoroughly check for 40 mins before taking away but no way on contacting TM to show. How can a disputes officer review without contacting the seller first?

You can use the 'Contact us' at the very Bottom of most TradeMe pages, including the Bottom your Post page - On your Landing page you will see the blue Chat speech bubble on the Bottom right, Follow the Bot text prompts & attach your email files/screenshots using the paperclip icon at the Bottom Left of the Chat window. These will be passed through to the Dispute Team for review. Ensure to enter the ID# reference you've been emailed with. - You can request to Chat with a Dispute officer also if further required once they've had the opportunity to review your information. - You can view the status of your report by Selecting 'My Requests' at the Top Right of TradeMe Help & Community pages - to add further information or make an enquiry select the subject line to open the report you've filed to submit further. - All the Best.
