that's strange as flossy is right once delivered that's it NZpost have done what they were paid to do which ends the contract effectively.
does the tracking shows it was delivered to your address? below are NZpost dont cover and 1 is if its been delivered What am I not covered for? There are a number of circumstances where we are not liable to pay compensation for loss of, or damage to, certain items. These include but are not restricted to: Prohibited items, see our list (PDF - 1.6MB) Dangerous goods Fragile, perishable or valuable items (without a written agreement). Inadequately packaged or incorrectly addressed items e.g. glass or bottles sent in Trackpaks Illegal items Items where no proof of sending can be provided Item...
yes agree with Callum, that is not ok behavior, do not agree to the return of fees for the seller. I think they may need to have a read up on how to sell on TM
or its been delivered to the incorrect address (which is what I was thinking may have happened) ?
sorry just to confirm when you tracked the package it shows are delivered? you can call them and confirm where it was delivered have you seen proof of NZpost saying they will refund either you or them? or is that just what the seller is telling you?
Brendon - never assume - if you agreed to each listing without getting an answer first that falls back to you, you could just not complete the auction but likely to see a red for doing so
so you can see the full amount that the product was sold for, and when you click manage your account details are loaded into that area so you can be paid out? what does your afterpay statement say?
vinfurrevivals - under your profile what does the afterpay balance say? have you set it up to transfer out
unlikely.. we had the same issue, back in 2016 customer had asked a question just before the auction closed about the product and if it was a push button (was never stated as a push button and had super clear photos of the measuring wheel) they brought it then gave us a blue face for not being push button, we requested it to be removed and TM never did, it was unfair on our part as we had had been really clear in the listing and made sure it had good clear photos, the customer had just assumed it did.
griffin60 - you have 2 options refund and relist and place feedback. or just hold onto it until they touch base again - but also check the junk/spam folders incase they have emailed you and its gone into that folder
