We had this once a couple of years ago, we only sell but brought something and the address was this random address in the south island that had no house on google maps, we have never been located in the south island and all they were able to tell us was change our password and were not able to explain why we had this random address listed on our account.
Helen, that is not your problem to chase a refund its the sellers problem, they need to refund you and then they need to take it up with post haste - and you should remove your address details as this is just a community forum :)
if you put your question into google you will get a few answers (depending on what type of phone) then just click the one that you have and it will help you upload photos
if you are making a listing, just add photos and it will take you to your photos in your phone
they do not have to refund at all, so I guess its down to if you want most of the money back or keep the printer - google CGA returns.
RealisticLivingFurniture - gosh after reading your comments and the replies then the feedback - I would not touch them, trademe need to jump onto that seller quick
are you sure the money went into the correct account? you can email them to ask to check a date range and give them the info of when you paid how much and account number
I agree with Sharelle - it feels like they do nothing and just wait it out. its extremely frustrating when other sellers are breaking the rules when you are doing the right thing and following the rules of the site, I am getting to the point of just not caring and doing what everyone else is doing and as nothing gets done and they are getting away with it. good example seller has auction clearly supplies its own website and states it will be cheaper if you buy direct (this is not a store on trade me or have them as listings) - report every time the list goes live but nothing changes - so m...
themuss11 it was faulty for the customer, if it wasn't working, and could have done a return shipping label taken it out and returned to customer no working as a repair, so it was good of you to do the refund instead.
NZposts agreement is between them and the seller not you and them so yes its understandable to refund back to the sellers account. but the minute the package had been missing by NZ post the seller should have refunded you and that would have been the end of it, I would still get in touch with trade me its not going to hurt with all your facts as see if there is anything they can do, and going forward blacklist that seller once sorted so there is no chance of dealing with them again.
