With the new 'List an item' wizard there's no way I can see to offer combined shipping. When you go to the specify shipping costs you now have to select a region etc., if this is the route that is being taken for the UI please add a 'combined' option in the list. It would be nice to have the ability to add that to the courier calculator too, perhaps just a check box with a value field at the bottom of all the shipping options.
